STEP 1

Blend Blue Storm onto lid past crease
and outer corner with Angle Eye Shadow
Brush. Dampen Ultra Fine Eye Liner
Brush and trace outer corner to sharpen
wing.

STEP 2

Smudge Gathering Storm on outer half of eye and blended along upper lashlines with Angle Eye Shadow Brush.

STEP 3

Sweep Last Light across browbones and layer over outer corners with Eye Sweep Brush. 

STEP 4

Tap Tempest onto inner corner and inner third of lids with finger.

STEP 5

Apply a few coats of Smokey Eye Mascara.
