8. Placing an Order and Order Acceptance
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. You place your order request for goods from the Bobbi Brown AU Site by clicking on the Submit button at the end of the on-line order process.
Unfortunately, we cannot change, add to or cancel an online order once the order has been submitted.
Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card or PayPal / AfterPay account. This is not an order acceptance from Bobbi Brown Online.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the returns policy and procedure.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this, except in the case of where we suspect fraudulent activity. See Cancellation section of the Site.
You many pay using any of the methods specified in the payment section of the site. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
10. Online Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your products purchased from Bobbi Brown Online, you may return any item in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery (except in the case of damaged and faulty items - see below). Your rights under this Returns & Exchanges Policy are in addition to any rights or remedies you have under law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
If you made your purchase through a partnered retailer (Adore Beauty, David Jones, Mecca or Myer) or an airport location, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us. You can view our list of authorised retail locations here.
Conversely, if you purchased products on the Bobbi Brown website, you must return them in accordance with the procedure outlined here and not directly to a partnered retail location.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, except those covered by our Perfect Match Guarantee*.
Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 8-10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original payment method used.
All offers including, (samples, gift sets and bags, full size product, discounts) are only offered free of charge when supplied with an authorised and fully completed purchase. Any purchase that is cancelled and refunded, requires the customer to return the purchase including the free of charge item(s). Partially cancelled and refunded purchases require the customer to return the partially cancelled purchase including the free of charge item(s) if the final purchase amount is below the offer qualifier.
An exchange can be made for an item of same value. Please specify the item you wish to exchange for when you return the product.
Return to Sender – if your order has been returned to us, we will email you to confirm your address details. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be redelivered. Please note, if your shipping address is a place of business, you need to specify the Business Name for error-free delivery.
The Returns Process
STEP 1. – Complete the Necessary Documentation
Click here to access the Returns Portal complete all required details, including your purchase order number, as we will use this as your proof of purchase. Please include the items you would like in your exchanged order. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, except those covered by our Perfect Match Guarantee*.
STEP 2. – Return the Product
Goods must be returned to us in their original, unused condition (except those covered by Perfect Match Guarantee*) at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery (except in the case of damaged and faulty items). Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed and that you have completed the details in the Returns Portal. Please be sure to indicate whether you require a refund, exchange or replacement and the product you want in your exchange.
STEP 3. – Processing the Return
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 8-10 days of us receiving the item back. Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery once the request has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email notification from our Customer Service Team.

11. Title to Goods
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
12. Risk of Loss
Risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery to you.
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. See delivery section of the site. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
14. Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you wish to return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
