An exclusive beauty line developed by celebrated makeup artist Bobbi Brown, the brand focuses on individual beauty, teaching women to be their own makeup artists, and personalized service. The line includes color cosmetics, skin care, professional makeup brushes and tools,accessories and fragrance.

Make-Up Artist
Being a Makeup Artist with Bobbi Brown is about helping a woman discover her own beauty while teaching her how to best enhance it—naturally. Our brand is simple, clean and modern and our artistry techniques exemplify this feeling. You'll receive the training in both artistry and product that will take you on a career path that leads to a promising future. While Bobbi Brown offers extensive on-the-job training, some prior experience in make-up artistry and sales is required.

Studio Manager
These positions are responsible for managing the overall performance of a Bobbi Brown counter including staffing and sales. Account Executive The Account Executive is responsible for multiple stores within a territory, working with retail partners to manage sales goals and objectives and ensuring the counter staff best represents Bobbi Brown. If you have at least 3–5 years retail management experience, you may qualify for this opportunity.

Education Executive
The Education Executive educates counter staff on product knowledge and skills which are necessary to achieve Bobbi Brown standards and sales goals. If you have 3–5 years of retail management and/or sales and product training experience, you may qualify for this opportunity.

  • Your membership program or loyalty program account identification number

If you have a BobbiBrown.com.au online store account, we will also collect your order and return request history and replenishment service selections, your reward points balance and redemption details associated with your account if applicable. If you register to be on a loyalty program list, we will also collect a record of your consent to join the loyalty program list and any subsequent opt out information and your anniversary date.

We do not collect health information about you without your consent.

For some services you may not be required to identify yourself. However, if you do not provide us with the information we request, we may not be able to contact you and may not be able to customise our services to suit you or provide you with information, products and/or services you have requested.

It is voluntary for you to provide your personal information to us, but certain services and promotions may not be available to you if you do not provide your personal information.

By submitting your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text message alerts from Estée Lauder containing product and event information, cosmetics tips or promotions that may be sent using automated dialing systems (“Text Messages”). Your consent to receive Text Messages is not otherwise required to purchase any goods or services from us. You may not consent to receive Text Messages on behalf of someone else or provide someone else’s phone number. You agree to enter into, sign and receive your consent to receive Text Messages electronically. You may receive approximately five texts per year. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us, or object at any time on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal information. We will apply your preferences going forward. In some circumstances, withdrawing your consent to our use or disclosure of your personal information will mean that you cannot take advantage of some of our products or services.

Reviewing, Updating and Modifying Personal Information

We may retain and use your Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out above. Data Transfers

8. Placing an Order and Order Acceptance

You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. You place your order request for goods from the Bobbi Brown AU Site by clicking on the Submit button at the end of the on-line order process.

Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance from Bobbi Brown Online.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation section of the site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the returns policy and procedure.

If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. See Cancellation section of the Site.

9. Payment

You many pay using any of the methods specified in the payment section of the site. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

10. Online Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original debit/credit card used.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, except those covered by our Perfect Match Guarantee. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and will returns such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

The Returns Process

STEP 1. – Complete the Necessary Documentation
Please click here to print the Returns Form and complete all required details, including the reasons for your return or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, except those covered by our Perfect Match Guarantee.

STEP 2. – Return the Product
Goods must be returned to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel your completed Returns Form as well as your Delivery Note. Please be sure to indicate whether you require a refund, exchange or replacement.

STEP 3. – Processing the Return
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt. Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email notification or phone call from our Customer Service Team.

Complete the Returns Form and return with the product to arrange your free return and exchange for your perfect shade. Refunds and Exchanges will only be granted for items which are returned containing a minimum of 85% of the product.

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Items
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

Please notify us immediately by filling out our Contact Us form. Please be sure to select ‘Returns and Exchanges’ and include your Order Number. This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.

Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a Bobbi Brown counter or store. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Title to Goods

We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

12. Risk of Loss

Risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery to you.

13. Delivery

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. See delivery section of the site. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

14. Acceptance of Goods

Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
