IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE:

While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times will be longer during peak promotional periods. This includes, but is not limited to AfterPay Day, Cyber Weekend, National Lipstick Day, Click Frenzy and Boxing Day. Please expect a delay of 5-8 business days during these times.

Bobbi Brown Online accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in Australia. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologise for any inconvenience. Bobbi Brown Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

$10 for orders under $50 (before shipping and handling costs)
Free for all orders over $50

Option two - Express Delivery
$15 for orders under $50 (before shipping and handling costs)
$5 for all orders over $50

Orders are delivered within 1 business day from ship date to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and within 3 business days to all other locations. Click here to check if your suburb is within the Express Post network. Order must be placed before 11am.

Delivery Rules & Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
