Delivery Options & Charges

We're open and accepting orders! The health and well-being of our customers, employees and community is of the utmost importance to us. Due to modified operations put in place to help protect those working at the distribution centers and possible delays with our shipping carriers, you can expect a delay in receiving your order. Delivery is expected within 7-10 business days of order placement. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We are committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible.

Bobbi Brown Online accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in Australia. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience. Bobbi Brown Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note: during busier periods, most standard orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Option two - Express Delivery $15.00

Orders are delivered within 1 business day from ship date to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and within 3 business days to all other locations. Click here to check if your suburb is within the Express Post network. Order must be placed before 11am.

Delivery Rules & Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times will be longer during peak promotional periods. This is includes, but is not limited to Gift With Purchase, AfterPay Day, Cyber Weekend, Click Frenzy and Boxing Day.

We kindly ask customers to be mindful of these potential delays when placing an order.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, please call us at 1 800 304 283 if you have any questions regarding the shipment of your package.

We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside Australia.
