We’re fans of both powder and cream blush, and layering them lets us play with the different textures. A base layer of powder Blush sculpts the cheekbones and creates a foundational flush of colour. Then, a small amount of cream blush like Pot Rouge—applied with fingertips to the apples of the cheeks—adds a hint of dewiness and glow.
